The most important deliverable of the Premiere Estates Auction Company rebrand was their website at PremiereEstates.com. The existing site was a completely customized HTML site that was buggy, non-responsive and unfit for a luxury brand such as Premiere.
After demoing and explaining several options for Premiere’s management, I began working on a WordPress-based solution; this would ensure that updating the site would be easy enough for anyone with the login credentials to do so, but would also provide a solid backbone for the site to expand as the company did. Responsiveness was of the utmost importance, and the desktop, tablet and mobile versions of the site were developed side-by-side to ensure maximum exposure.
The redesigned PremiereEstates.com substantially upgrades Premiere’s online capabilities. Aside from being 100% responsive, the new site integrates beautifully with social media, adds fillable online forms that interface with Premiere’s Mailchimp-based email marketing system, allows full-screen video and modal lightboxes for immersive property tours, and provides a drag-and-drop backend through Visual Composer that allows custom mini-sites and landing pages (examples HERE, HERE and HERE).
