In January of 2016, Los Angeles-based architectural design firm Atelier Berne retained Kaminsky Real Estate Group to market and sell their latest creation; a Cubist, residential soft loft in Hermosa Beach. As Kaminsky’s lead graphic designer, I was asked to design the branding and marketing campaign for the property, which would include physical brochures, posters, direct mail invitations and email marketing.
I established a clean and bold look for the property’s marketing collateral that mirrored the home’s angular simplicity, and titled the project “Downtown Meets The Beach.” This was later changed (at Atelier Berne’s request) to “SoHo Meets The Beach.”
The marketing for this property is ongoing, and construction on the home will be completed in April of 2016.
